These terms govern your use of the ACH Security customer console. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Authorization for security testing

Before submitting any target for an XOS VAPT review, you confirm you own the domain or have written authorization from its owner to test it. This is enforced by a required confirmation on the request form.

Account responsibilities

You're responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Free trial and paid plans

Free DPDP scans and your one free XOS request are provided as described in the product; further VAPT engagements are scoped and priced individually.

Limitation of liability

Reports are provided on a best-effort basis. Security scanning cannot guarantee discovery of every vulnerability. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
